Shortly after you book, a member of our concierge team writes to you directly. Not an automated form. A real person who will stay with you from here until the day you leave.

We will ask a few simple things. Who is traveling with you. When you land. What you eat and what you avoid. And, if you would like to share it, what you are hoping to feel while you are here.

We shape your days around you

Our team on the land knows you before you arrive

Before your stay begins, everything you have shared is passed to our on-site team in Tulum. They will know your names, your preferences, and what you are celebrating or seeking. As your dates get close, you will have a direct line to them, so any last question has a quick and personal answer.

We meet you at the airport

When you land, we are there. The drive takes you out of the noise and into the jungle, and by the time you pass through the gates, your room is ready and dinner is being prepared.

Your stay, fully held

Your first evening opens with a welcome dinner and a copal cleansing ceremony, a Mayan ritual of smoke and intention that marks your arrival on the land.

From there, the rhythm is simple. Mornings begin with yoga. Meals come from our kitchen, made with care and with your needs in mind. Evenings bring Illuminate, our rooftop gathering under the open sky. And the hours in between belong to you.
