We do it differently.

At Kaaba Luum, every host who books with us is invited on a Fam Trip. It's four days and three nights in the Mayan jungle near Tulum, where you live the experience your guests will live before you ever bring them here.

You don't tour the retreat. You go on it.

Why we built it this way

Luum was founded by retreat and event hosts. We know the version of hosting where you carry everything: the logistics, the money, the energy of every person in the room. We also know how often the leader is the one who leaves empty.

So we built something different. A place where hosts can bring their communities for transformation, and where the host gets tended to as well.

The Fam Trip is where that starts. Before you hold space for anyone else, we hold space for you.

What the days feel like

You wake up in the jungle. You move your body in a morning wellness session. You eat food made by Chef Dorotea's kitchen with ingredients grown and gathered close to home. You walk the grounds our artisans built by hand, from fallen trees, in harmony with the land.

You head out on excursions and find the cenotes, ruins, and places your guests will remember for the rest of their lives.

Each evening, we gather around the table for our Soulcare dinners. There's a question for each night, and each night the conversation goes a little deeper. You'll meet other hosts, healers, and visionaries who are building the same kind of work you are. Many of them become lifelong collaborators.

And somewhere in those days, something shifts. You stop imagining your retreat and start seeing it.

Where the learning lives

Woven through the trip are two interactive workshops drawn from the Luum Pathway. We call them the four C's:

Clarity. Who your retreat is for, why it matters, and how to say it in a single sentence.

Coordination. The container: venue, budget, pricing, and the moving pieces that turn a vision into a plan.

Conversion. How to invite people in. Your message, your launch, and the path from curious follower to booked guest.

Community. How to keep people close once they've been in the room, so every retreat feeds the next one.

These aren't lectures. They're hands-on sessions. You arrive with your ideas and leave with your guest portrait, your pitch, and a clear next step, surrounded by people who will cheer you on while you take it.
