We are delighted to invite you to a 4-day, 3-night immersive Fam Trip at Kaaba Luum, our luxury retreat center nestled gently within the Mayan jungle. Designed for facilitators who value connection, emotional intelligence, and ease, this experience offers a rare opportunity to fully feel what it's like to host retreats at Kaaba Luum, experiencing the sanctuary exactly as your future guests will. With a fluid, intentionally paced agenda, you'll move through the property through the lens of nourishment, intimacy, and clarity. From shared meals to moments of stillness, this gathering invites you to soften, connect, and feel how a retreat can unfold with grace and ease. This season, the experience deepens. You'll be guided by two Fam Trip co-hosts, Kirti Kana and Shannon Donnola, who will be alongside you from your very first touchpoint. Ahead of the trip, every host receives a pre-onboarding call, with additional, dedicated support for new hosts who are building their very first retreat. You won't arrive as a stranger. You'll arrive already held. You'll also choose the path that fits where you are right now: The Educational Track, for the host who wants to go deep on the frameworks and come home with a refined, ready-to-run plan The Explorer Track, for the host who wants to feel the property and region fully, experiencing the retreat through a guest's own eyes At the heart of it all are two 2-hour educational sessions built around our C4 Formula: Clarity, Coordination, Conversion, and Community, supporting you in refining your retreat vision and learning how to create experiences that move naturally from inspiration to impact.

Kirti Kana
From helping produce festivals across the US to founding her own festival and leading a recurring Burning Man theme camp, Kirti has spent 10+ years mastering the art of bringing people together at scale. She's as fluent in backend logistics and operations as she is in community architecture — and built Luum on the belief that transformational experiences deserve world-class infrastructure to match.
Shannon Donnola
With a background in naturopathic medicine, transformational coaching, and retreat facilitation, Shannon brings a deeply relational and integrative approach to host support.
Blending compassionate leadership with strategic guidance, Shannon’s intention is to support hosts in feeling grounded, resourced, and confident so they can remain fully present and in their genius while creating experiences that leave a lasting impact.
